2026 Conference Reimbursement
Reimbursement is offered to Hippocratic Society chapter leaders only. If you are not a chapter leader, you are responsible for securing your own funding.
Trainees and students: Reimbursement is included in registration, if needed.
Note: Schools often will reimburse their students for the costs of attending a conference. This reimbursement form is intended for students and trainees who are unable to obtain academic funding.
Fellows, Attendings, and Faculty: Please use this form only if Academic funding is not available and travel costs would be prohibitive to your attendance in the Conference.
**We are able to reimburse up to $400**
