Use this form to submit clinical cases to be considered for use at Hippocratic Fora.

Hippocratic Fora are discussions on the subject of a particular virtue or ideal in the practice of medicine. During these discussions, students and physicians use clinical cases as a way to consider these virtues and ideals in a real-world medical setting.

Please submit your clinical case below. Narratives should be between 250 and 500 words. If any persons in the cases are real, please exclude any identifying information and use pseudonyms.
