Registration includes access to the conference, meals Friday dinner to Sunday lunch, and hotel booking. For Chapter leaders, travel reimbursement is also included if needed. If you wish to book your own hotel and lodging, please reach out to [email protected] for a discounted registration rate.

To cancel registration please reach out to [email protected]. There will be a $75 fee for registration cancellation after the April 30th.

All attendees must register for the conference online in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Yes, the conference is open to all interested in the Hippocratic Society. Those who are not chapter leaders will have to pay conference registration and lodging costs. Please reach out to [email protected] for more information.
