Registration includes access to the conference, meals Friday dinner to Sunday breakfast, and hotel booking. For Chapter leaders, travel reimbursement is also included if needed. If you wish to book your own hotel and lodging, please reach out to michael.egan@hippsoc.org for a discounted registration rate.
To cancel registration please reach out to michael.egan@hippsoc.org. There will be a $75 fee for registration cancellation after the April 30th.
All attendees must register for the conference online in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Yes, the conference is open to all interested in the Hippocratic Society. Those who are not chapter leaders will have to pay conference registration and lodging costs. Please reach out to michael.egan@hippsoc.org for more information.
One faculty sponsor and one student leader from each Hippocratic Society Chapter are eligible to have the cost of attendance covered, and to receive up to $400 travel reimbursement. If you are not one of these chapter leaders, we encourage you to inquire if your school/institution will provide funding for you to attend the conference. If you are unable to secure funding and cannot attend without funding, please reach out to michael.egan@hippsoc.orgย for more information.
