Travel
- Flights should be booked by the participants.
- Flights: Please arrive at AIRPORT. (The hotel can be reached by Uber/taxi/public transport).
- Driving: Please arrive at ADDRESS. Complimentary Parking is Available
- Reimbursement: Travel reimbursement is available for Students and Trainees, if needed. For Faculty and Physicians, if travel cost is prohibitive, reimbursement is also available. Use FORM for reimbursement requests.
Lodging
- We will be staying at the HOTEL in Houston, Texas.
- Friday and Saturday night stays are included for all conference attendees. (We will take care of the booking and costs).
- Students and Trainees will be sharing rooms. Attending physicians and Faculty will be staying in single rooms.
