Lodging & Travel
Find information here about arrangements for lodging and travel for the conference. Details will be updated as the conference approaches.
Travel
- Flights should be booked by the participants.Â
- Flights: Please plan to arrive at William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) or George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Rideshare may be the most reliable transport to the venue. Public transit is also available.
- Driving: Please arrive at 1515 Dallas Street, Houston, Texas, 77010.
- Reimbursement: Travel reimbursement (up to $400) is available for students and trainees who lead HippSoc chapters, if needed. For Faculty and Physicians, if travel cost is prohibitive, reimbursement is also available. Use this form for reimbursement requests.Â
Lodging & Venue
- We will be staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston Downtown. Conference Sessions will be held in the hotel.
- Friday and Saturday night stays are included for all conference attendees. (We will take care of the booking and costs).
- Students and Trainees will be sharing rooms. Attending physicians and Faculty will be staying in single rooms.Â
